Built by Stanford graduates and launched in Aug, 2013, Hong Kong based Ratecoworkers.com is where people can leave honest and anonymous feedback about those they work or previously worked with. Most companies or institutions provide limited opportunities for people to give honest feedback on others. Now you can anonymously rate people and leave feedbacks on everyone you work or previously worked with. This is the website to get the inside honest scoop on how a person is viewed by others. It is a great resource whether you are deciding to switch jobs or companies or want honest opinions on someone you are thinking of hiring, or working with. Better still, www.ratecoworkers.com is a platform that people can use to share information of not just co-workers but pretty much anyone (e.g. professors, doctors, lawyers, dates, friends, etc). At Ratecoworkers.com (www.facebook.com/ratecoworkersdotcom), we bring your off-line opinions on-line without compromising your privacy! People Rating Factor (i.e. PRF): Our system uses the proprietary PRF to determine the credibility of a review, and periodically deletes those reviews with low PRFs. Some of the key attributes of the PRFs are the number of social network share's, the number of unique views by coworkers of the subjects under review (yes, our proprietary PR technology is able to discern whether a review is read and how often it is read by genuine coworkers and friends), and the number of reviews associated with the same profiles, etc. So to increase the PRF of your review, you should share it using the shared buttons embedded at the top of page. Most visited profiles are automatically highlighted by our system. Happy people rating!
